Central Park is located on West 59th street and goes up all the way to West 110th street in Manhattan. There are plenty of interesting things to do and see in the park.
Located in Central park is the Central Park Zoo (64th street and 5th Ave). They feature 7 different types of animal exhibits. A few of the seven are the “Polar Circle”, “Tropical Zone: The Rainforest.”, “Allison Maher Stern Snow Leopard” and “Central Garden and Sea Lion Pool.”
All 7 exhibits are open year round. The children’s zoo allows you to feed the animals yourself from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.
If animals aren't your thing - many people come to visit New York City and go to straight to Times Square, 42nd street. Madame Tussaud's wax museum which is located at 234 West 42nd Street has tons of wax figures of famous people to see, such as, Rihanna, Selena Gomez and many more!
The wax museum is open from 9am to 10pm and tickets are available online with the option to have your hand recreated out of wax! Get out there and explore New York!
